We have a goal to provide employment to the ladies of Economically Weaker Sections and making plans to achieve it is what we beleive in. Our team is all ready with the better plans for the next sales, some innovations in the marketing skills and new products.

Promotions are a part and parcel of any business. A good advertisement and a successful promotion are the keys for the healthy  start of a business. Our team members went to each and every section comprising of a minimum of 40 students for promoting our products. Indeed it was a grand promotion. Also the team members happily announced their picture being selected by the School Enterprise Challenge for the most innovative photos.

The adept skills

Wisdom is knowing what to do next,
Skill is knowing how to do it.
And amalgamation of both is what brings success.
We believe that adept skills are prerequisite for  development and  tried to explain the team members what skills are important for a healthy business. Here in the picture are the team members wearing masks of the skill that they find most appropriate for them.

This is the picture of the new team of Nirmaan 2016-17. The team members hold small saplings grown by them in the vacations to show their love for the mother earth.

This why in Nirmaan we work together as a team. We believe that united we stand and divided we fall. Each year we include naive students into the team who are headed by some old students so that the cycle goes on. Three years ago, when we started we were only a 10 member team but today ,we are a team of around 50 students working in various departments. There is division of labour so that each team does it's work more efficiently. This is the new team of Nirmaan 2016-17.
